1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TackHost services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

TackHost provides web hosting services including shared hosting (Custom and cPanel), domain registration, email hosting, SSL certificates, daily backups, and technical support.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our services for distributing malware, sending spam, hosting illegal content, attempting unauthorized access, or activities that violate Egyptian or international law.

5. Payment Terms

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are due upon invoice generation.
Services may be suspended for non-payment after 7 days.
We accept InstaPay bank transfers and Kashier (cards, wallets, Fawry).

6. Backups

We perform daily automated backups to Google Drive. Backups are provided as a courtesy and not guaranteed. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

7. Uptime Guarantee

We aim for 99.9% uptime on all hosting services. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events are excluded.

8. Support

Technical support is available 24/7 via the ticket system. Critical issues: within 1 hour. Normal issues: within 24 hours.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your service at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase. No refunds for domain registrations.
