Improve Email Deliverability
If your outgoing mail lands in spam, it is almost always a DNS authentication issue. TackHost configures SPF, DKIM, and DMARC automatically for domains using our nameservers.
If you use our nameservers
Nothing to do - SPF/DKIM/DMARC are set up for you. Make sure your domain uses:
ns1.tackhost.comns2.tackhost.com
If you manage DNS elsewhere (Cloudflare, registrar)
Add these records:
- SPF (TXT @):
v=spf1 a mx ~all - DKIM: copy the DKIM record from your control panel's Email / DNS section.
- DMARC (TXT _dmarc):
v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; rua=mailto:postmaster@yourdomain.com
Still going to spam?
- Always send from a real mailbox on your domain, not a free Gmail/Yahoo address.
- Avoid spammy subject lines and large image-only emails.
- Open a ticket and we will check your domain's reputation and blacklists.
