Stop Your Emails Going to Spam (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

4 views · Updated 4 days ago

Improve Email Deliverability

If your outgoing mail lands in spam, it is almost always a DNS authentication issue. TackHost configures SPF, DKIM, and DMARC automatically for domains using our nameservers.

If you use our nameservers

Nothing to do - SPF/DKIM/DMARC are set up for you. Make sure your domain uses:

  • ns1.tackhost.com
  • ns2.tackhost.com

If you manage DNS elsewhere (Cloudflare, registrar)

Add these records:

  • SPF (TXT @): v=spf1 a mx ~all
  • DKIM: copy the DKIM record from your control panel's Email / DNS section.
  • DMARC (TXT _dmarc): v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; rua=mailto:postmaster@yourdomain.com

Still going to spam?

  • Always send from a real mailbox on your domain, not a free Gmail/Yahoo address.
  • Avoid spammy subject lines and large image-only emails.
  • Open a ticket and we will check your domain's reputation and blacklists.
