Email Settings for Outlook, iPhone & Android

Add Your Email to Any Device

Use these settings in Outlook, Apple Mail, or the Gmail/Android app.

Incoming mail (IMAP - recommended):

• Server: mail.yourdomain.com (or mail.tackhost.com)
• Port: 993
• Security: SSL/TLS

Outgoing mail (SMTP):

• Server: mail.yourdomain.com (or mail.tackhost.com)
• Port: 587
• Security: STARTTLS
• Authentication required: yes - use your full email address and password

Username: always your full email address (e.g. info@yourdomain.com).

Tips

• Prefer IMAP over POP3 so your mail stays in sync across devices.
• If sending fails, confirm the outgoing server has "My server requires authentication" enabled.
