Billing Cycles, Renewals & Auto-Suspension

How Billing Works

• Cycles: hosting is billed monthly or annually (annual = 2 months free). You pick the cycle at checkout.
• Renewal invoices are generated automatically before your due date and emailed to you.
• Payment due: invoices are due on the date shown. Pay before the due date to avoid interruption.
• Auto-suspension: services are suspended after 7 days of non-payment, and terminated after a further grace period. Suspended sites can be restored instantly once the invoice is paid.

Avoid surprises

• Keep a payment method ready, or pay annually to reduce renewals.
• Make sure your billing email is correct so you receive renewal notices.
